Sarah Scott Paul – Global Group Learning & Development Manager, Enero Group
Sarah is the Global Group Learning & Development Manager for the ‘Enero group’. Country born and bred, Sarah commenced her career more than 10 years ago in HR roles for multinational food and beverage organisations ‘Stuart Alexander’ and ‘Lion’. She has been part of Enero, an ASX-listed global marketing services group comprising 11 specialist companies such as BMF, Naked, Precinct and Hotwire, since 2013, where she leads its learning and development program globally.
Developing and training more than 2000 people across the world with several accreditations in Psychometric Testing and Profiling, armed with a curriculum of learning spanning 25 courses, Sarah leads her team with a key focus on building a high-performing and engaged culture within her workplaces.
Sarah’s personal journey by overcoming adversity has led to the shaping of her professional outlook: to lead with passion, and encourage the people around her to be the best they can be. Sarah’s core purpose is to empower people to flourish personally and professionally. She knows instinctively that life can be hard – however demonstrates to people the power of showing up to emotions, empathy, leadership, and perhaps more importantly, the power of being kind to themselves.
